Every other year, our school holds a “symposium” - a school-wide collaborative study of a specific area of interest.
This year, our symposium is titled “America: 250” celebrating the 250th anniversary of our country!
Our symposium week will be held March 23th - 27th. During this week, students will enjoy an interactive exhibit that will be in the school’s small gym. With the help of students, teachers and parents, the gym space will be transformed into an immersive journey through 250 years of America! See specific information and event timeline below!
Symposium Week Events:
- Monday, March 23 - Kickoff event for students
- Red, White and YOU! Students are invited to wear red, white and blue shirts or accessories with jeans or uniform bottoms.
- We will have an all school assembly and kickoff of our symposium week. Students only for this event.
- Throughout the week each class will be assigned a time to go through the exhibit to look in greater detail.
- Thursday, March 26 (6 pm - 8 pm)
- Parents, families and friends are invited to view the America:250 exhibit!
