In order to operate our school and promote future growth, Our Lady Queen of Heaven School relies on tuition income, volunteerism, and gifts to our annual fundraising events. Stewardship encompasses the gifts of time, talent, and treasure, and all are welcomed and necessary to ensure the future of quality Catholic education.

Ways to Give
Heavenly Fund (Annual Giving)
The Heavenly Fund is our yearly campaign in which we ask you to consider joining us in stewardship. OLQHS, like all Catholic schools, relies on annual fund and fundraising contributions to help close “the gap,” or the difference between tuition revenue and the actual cost of an education at OLQHS. Monies raised by the Heavenly Fund cover the expenses that exceed the revenue generated by tuition. Our goal is to keep our school affordable and accessible for all families who choose to attend, without adding the expense of large tuition hikes. We rely on the generosity of our loyal supporters to ensure that we can continue to offer an enriched educational experience for all OLQHS students and meet the challenges of increasing operational and facility maintenance costs.
Endowment and Planned Giving (OLQHS Trust)
Contributions and/or planned gifts (bequests, estate gifts, charitable remainder trusts, etc.) to the OLQHS Trust will help build an endowment to support OLQHS now and into the future.
Guardian Angel Fund
Directly assist families with tuition and fees during a short time of case of emergency. Some examples include: lost job, death, medical expenses, etc.
Fundraising Events
Individual event sponsorships, ticket purchases and volunteer participation are just some of the ways you can help our fundraising events, including the carnival, Heavenly Fish Fest, Golf Classic and spring auction be successful!
Baron Sponsorships
Support all of our fundraising events with a one-time, year-long sponsorship. These sponsorship are accepted annual in July - September for the school year.
Volunteer Your Time
Play an active role in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns like the Fall Carnival, School Auction, Heavenly Fish Fest, or Heavenly Fund.
