Aimee Abshire

Aimee Abshire, 6th ELA grade teacher, began teaching at Our Lady Queen of Heaven School in the fall of 2014.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech with a concentration in Organizational Communications from McNeese State University.  She also holds a variety of certifications in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School Education.  She is married to Phillip Abshire III, who is an OLQH alumni, and they have two boys, Phillip and Ashton.  In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.  Mrs. Abshire loves teaching 6th grade and enjoys making her classroom feel welcoming to all students.
